Getting started with a therapist is easy for the potential client if there is a clear Call To Action or CTA.

I want to make the CTA simple and clear so that potential clients know their next step. A confused client may not want to spend the time to figure out the next steps and move on to someone else.


It’s Easy for Me (& You)

It’s easy for me and makes for a simple way to manage my practice.

I also want to make the process clear on my end so that I do not feel so scattered with having to reach out to inquiries through many different mediums. Your practice can get increasingly difficult to manage when you have potential clients emailing you with questions, leaving voicemails, and sending you messages through your professional social media accounts. Keeping up with inquiries coming in from so many different avenues can be tough, and it’s really easy to drop the ball and forget to return a call or respond to a message. You can also get exhausted playing the game of phone tag.



With this system you are making the process of finding a therapist more simple and clear for clients, while also feeling the simplicity yourself. A happy client and a happy therapist makes for a good practice.
